| 01 | I was away from my computer for more than an hour. I carried the Remote with me and came back to the computer. The computer did not unlock itself. Then, I switched off and on the Remote to release the screen lock but that also didn’t work. Please advise. To effectively use Switch on / off function of remote, you must wait 1 to 2 seconds before switch on after switching off. Switch off the Remote and wait for 1 to 2 seconds then switch it on again. The Remote, when switched on, is programmed to go on Sleep mode after being 1 hour away from the computer to extend the battery life. |

The Pop-up of Screen Keeper will appear. Enter your password and press ‘Enter’ Key. The screen lock will be released. |
