- All returns and exchange can be made only within 7 days from customer receive date
Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by ScreenKeeper.biz
- All return items MUST be brand new, factory sealed, unused, and untouched like original factory condition
All returned/exchange items for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee
If the product is defective and you don't wish to exchange for the same unit, there will be a 20% restocking fees.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- This also applies to defective items.
- Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by ScreenKeeper.biz. You, the customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office.
- At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or require service.
- These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer.
- ScreenKeeper.biz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

| Shipping Policy |
- Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
- ScreenKeeper.biz reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
- All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment.
- At the present time, we only ship to the Continental U.S. Orders placed by 1:00pm PST generally ship next day Monday-Friday.
- All orders are processed upon receipt.
- Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification.
- Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.
- No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
- In the event of delays every effort will be made to contact you by phone email or mail.
- If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder substitute to another item or cancel your order.
